When you submit the early-access form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, company, role, optional phone number, area of interest, and inquiry details. We use this information to understand your request and connect you with the right person at Vendoryn.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and interactions such as navigation clicks, access requests, and form progress. We do not send the contents of your inquiry, your name, email address, phone number, or company name to Google Analytics.
Analytics is on by default unless you turn it off. You can change your choice at any time through “Analytics settings” in the footer. Your choice is saved in your browser, and turning analytics off does not affect your access to the website.

Service providers
We use service providers to operate this website. These currently include Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for hosting and delivery, FormSubmit for contact-form email delivery, and Google Analytics for website measurement unless a visitor turns it off. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and may process it outside your province, state, or country.
Retention and safeguards
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, develop business relationships, operate the service, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may turn analytics off without affecting access to the website. You may also use your browser controls to manage cookies and ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that Vendoryn controls, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Children
Vendoryn is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. Please do not submit personal information if you are not old enough to provide it under the laws that apply to you.

We may update this policy as the marketplace and its features evolve. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
